From the first light in the morning to the rising stars of our restaurant is on hand to welcome and pamper you in the "warm embrace" of our mountains sunny and warm on days when the cold is more pungent with our hot drinks.
Guests can relax in the large outdoor terrace, or choose to sit inside where you can have more than 160 seats.
You'll be spoiled for choice among a large main room with a bar counter and a tasty self-service display, an adjoining room and as the main room offers a picturesque view of the slopes, or discover climbing a ladder placed near a warm and comforting fireplace in the rustic loft where you can admire the splendor of Monte Sises.
The Refuge Alpette dominates the summit of Mount Alpette, just above the town of Sestriere, located between the Alps between Italy and France. The restaurant is situated inside the arrival of the cable that connected the old bell tower of Sestriere with the first ski runs created on this side of the mountains. The Alpette Sestriere being a must for lovers of winter skiing and summer hiking is a great meeting place with loved ones or friends who visit a typical mountain environment and spectacular.

Those who do not want to ski and enjoy our specialties from looking at the beautiful nature that surrounds one of the most famous skiing resorts in the world just take the chairlift pedestrian New Garnel starting in front of the Olympic Village.
Alternatively, if you love contact with nature and prefer a quiet walk, you can visit us with snowshoes on a beaten path starting from the Hotel Principi di Piemonte. Lenght 50'
For your evenings at high altitude, our refuge offers all the comforts starting from snacks and après-ski ending with fabulous dinners.
It is possible to reach us accompanied by our Snow Cat, heated and covered, or by snowmobile, or on foot or with snowshoes along a path
The Refuge has an accurate Alpette Piedmontese wine cellar of excellent choice to accompany traditional dishes like deer in civet, the polenta, sausage, stewed or grilled, the ghenefle and tartiflette.
You can also enjoy drinks as a euphonium Alpette and grails accompanied by delicious homemade cakes.
The Refuge is located in Alpena the peak of Monte Alpette, just above the town of Sestriere, site of the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics.
His view is really unmatched by day offers a fantastic view of the Alps and the village of Sestriere and in the evening an exciting view of the valley and the sparkling ski slopes lit.
